Why Rustic Leaf?
It all started with a dream, some luck, and a five-leaf clover…
While attending a local music festival, founder, Doug had been standing in a large patch of clovers. Like most people would do, he started searching for the rare four-leaf clover.
During his search, Doug didn’t find what he was searching for, but he did come across a FIVE-leaf clover! Luck was definitely on his side, especially when he saw that the fifth leaf happened to look like the Rustic Leaf logo. Ever since that day, the logo has been set in place.
The framed clover can be seen inside the brewery. It serves as a reminder that sometimes you just need luck while pursuing your dreams.

Doug Neubeck
Owner, Founder, Brewer
Doug started Rustic Leaf Brewing Company in September of 2017, but if you ask him, it has been around longer than that! Doug is in the taproom nearly every day. Make sure to introduce yourself and you’ll become quick friends.
Tiffany Neubeck
Bartender
Tiffany is Doug’s wife and one of our bartenders here at the Leaf. She is a huge Star Trek fan, so if you see her, tell her to “Live Long and Prosper!”
Jared Zoner
General Manager
Jared keeps the Leaf intact and the beers flowing. He has also started trying his hand at brewing. Check out his One-Off Wednesdays, they are awesome!
Christina Janicki
Brewer, Social Media, Event Planning, Doug’s Assistant
Christina is here when Doug is, so you’ll see her frequently. You’ll talk to her if you ever want to plan an event at or with the Leaf. She also brews and loves hearing new ideas that she can bring to life!

Patrick is the man behind the grill and the beard! He makes sure your food is hot and delicious! Patrick is an avid writer and works for Dodge. He has some awesome stories!

Rustic Kitchen Assistant Cook
Amanda is a ball of sunshine and the face that greets you and takes your order. Amanda loves horses and runs a farm day-to-day. Ask her about her animals!
